The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, store, or otherwise process personal or sensitive user data when users download or use the Application.

The Application does not require registration, sign-in, or the creation of a user account.

Information stays on your device.

The Application may store settings, preferences, progress, or other functional information locally on the user’s device. This locally stored information is not transmitted to the Service Provider or third parties.

Users can remove this information by clearing the Application’s storage through their device settings or by uninstalling the Application.

No location tracking or data sharing.

The Application does not access, collect, use, or transmit precise or approximate information about the location of the user’s mobile device.

Because the Application does not collect personal or sensitive user data, the Service Provider does not sell, share, disclose, or otherwise provide such data to third parties.

Data retention and deletion.

The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal or sensitive user data on its servers. Therefore, the Service Provider does not maintain personal information associated with individual users that would require deletion.

Any information stored locally by the Application can be deleted by:

• Clearing the Application’s data or storage through the device settings; or
• Uninstalling the Application from the device.

Because the Application does not require an account, there is no user account or associated account information to delete. Users may contact us with privacy or data-deletion questions.

Opt-out rights.

Users may stop using the Application at any time. Uninstalling the Application through the device or applicable mobile application marketplace removes the Application and its locally stored information, subject to the device’s standard operating procedures.

Children’s privacy.

The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal or sensitive information from children.

Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s use of mobile applications and instruct them not to provide personal information without permission. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Security by design.

The Application does not transmit or store personal or sensitive user data on servers operated by the Service Provider. Information stored locally is subject to the security controls of the user’s device and operating system. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices.

Changes to this policy.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
